- Even though only one name is written in the Death Note, if it influences and causes other humans that are not written in it to die, the victim’s cause of death will be a heart attack.
Japanese: The circumstances of accidental death—even if only the person whose name was written dies at that moment—can significantly impact the human world’s environment. If this subsequently causes further deaths, it is considered “involving others,” resulting in cardiac arrest.
